Terms of Use

Stynar is an AI-powered platform for running outbound email end to end. The Services include, without limitation:

• AI email writing on your choice of model (OpenAI or Anthropic), with web-research personalization.

• Multi-step sequences with automated, reply-aware follow-ups.

• Deliverability tooling, including SPF/DKIM/DMARC guidance and automated domain warm-up.

• A unified replies inbox that syncs responses from Gmail and Outlook, and AI meeting booking that detects intent and schedules calls.

• Lead management, CRM import (such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Zoho), and campaign analytics.

We may add, change, or remove features over time as the product evolves.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You are responsible for correctly configuring authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) on your sending domains and for the mailboxes you connect. You may not transfer or resell your account to anyone outside your organization without our consent.

You must comply with all applicable anti-spam and data-protection laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, the GDPR, and Indian law. Every campaign must offer a clear way to opt out, use truthful subject lines and headers, and honor unsubscribe requests.

You may not use Stynar to send messages that are deceptive or fraudulent, that target people who have opted out, or that promote illegal activity, malware, hate speech, or other prohibited content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, without refund.

You are responsible for setting safe sending volumes within your email provider's limits. Stynar provides deliverability tooling and warm-up, but inbox placement depends on many factors outside our control.

We do not guarantee that emails will land in the primary inbox, that domains will not be blocked, or that content will avoid spam filters. We are not liable for mailbox suspensions or domain reputation issues resulting from your sending practices.

You retain ownership of the content you upload or create in Stynar, including your leads, templates, and campaign copy ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host and process Your Content solely to provide the Services to you.

The Stynar platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Webeeyo Softwers Pvt. Ltd. and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial that requires a card on file; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

AI usage is metered in credits drawn from your plan's monthly allowance, which resets each billing cycle; top-up credit packs are available on any plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled from the Billing page. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable, and you retain access until the end of your current billing period after cancelling.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will produce any particular outreach result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webeeyo Softwers Pvt. Ltd. and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost pipeline, data loss, or reputational harm arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Webeeyo Softwers Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, and their personnel from any claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your content and outreach, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a way that creates risk for us or others.

On termination, your right to use the Services ends, we delete connected credentials and tokens, and your workspace data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and arbitration (if invoked) will be seated in Pune under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
