Is there a free trial?+
Yes — 14 days on any plan, completely free. No credit card required to start. A card is only needed when you choose to subscribe after the trial.
What is a credit?+
Credits meter your AI usage, priced by the model you pick. An AI-personalized email — live web research, writing, and sending — costs 3 credits on the default model (GPT-4o mini) and up to 22 on flagship models like GPT-5.5 or Claude Opus. AI template editing costs 0–22 credits per generation the same way. Example: on Starter, 750 AI emails on the default model uses 2,250 of your 3,000 credits, leaving the rest for template editing or premium models.
What counts as a lead?+
A unique person added to a campaign. Bouncing or unsubscribing doesn't recount them.
Can I bring my own mailboxes?+
Yes — Gmail, Outlook, and Google Workspace are supported out of the box.
Do you offer monthly billing?+
