Built-in guided workflows

Stynar adds three ready-made prompts to your app — in Claude they appear when you type / or under the + menu, in other apps in their prompt picker. Each one walks the assistant through the right steps and makes it ask before spending or sending.

  • Find prospects and email them (find-and-email) — tell it who to reach and what you offer; it searches, confirms costs, writes the email and two follow-ups, builds the draft and only launches on your yes.
  • Go through my replies (triage-replies) — sorts replies into interested, questions, not now and unsubscribes, and drafts answers for you to approve one by one.
  • Review campaign performance (campaign-review) — compares your numbers with cold-email benchmarks and suggests up to three changes.

Example requests

Finding leads
Find Heads of Marketing at SaaS companies with 51–200 people in Bengaluru. Show me the first page.

Find fintech companies in Mumbai with 11–50 employees, then the founders and CTOs at the 10 best fits.
Building a campaign
Save the 25 people we picked to a list called "SaaS marketing – Oct", then draft a campaign:
a short email about our onboarding service, two follow-ups 3 and 4 days apart,
send Monday–Thursday 9:00–17:00 India time, max 40 a day. Show me everything before starting.

Turn on AI personalisation for that campaign — open with something specific about each company —
and preview it for one lead first.
Running and reviewing
How did my campaigns do this week? Anything I should change?

Pause "Q4 push", change the subject to "quick question, {{firstName}}" and resume it.

Is my sending set up properly? My bounce rate looks high.
Replies
Who replied since Monday? Draft answers for the interested ones.

Has anyone booked a meeting from the "SaaS marketing – Oct" campaign?

Tips for the best results

Say who you're targeting and what you offer in the first message, mention your timezone when you care about sending hours, and ask to see the email and follow-ups before anything starts. Use {{firstName}} freely — Stynar fills it in for every lead.
